Work Somewhere That Treats Patients the Right Way

Whether you are an experienced therapist looking for your next role or just starting a career in physical therapy, Revive is built for clinicians who want to do their best work. We are a well-established and rapidly growing outpatient practice with two clinics in Ellicott City, and we are proud to be recognized as one of Howard County’s most trusted physical therapy teams.

One-on-One Care, Every Visit

At most clinics, therapists juggle four to six patients at once. At Revive, you are with your patient for the full session. You get to practice the way you were trained, and your patients actually get better.

Matched to Your Strengths

We match therapists to the conditions their training fits best, from TMJ and women’s health to sports and post-surgical rehab. You build real depth in the areas you care about instead of stretching thin across everything.

A Teaching Practice

Our therapists serve as clinical instructors for doctoral students from the University of Maryland, George Washington University, and Massachusetts General Hospital. You will work alongside clinicians trusted to train the next generation.

Advanced Clinical Skills

Our team holds credentials beyond the standard DPT, including COMT certification and dry needling. You will have colleagues to learn manual therapy and specialty techniques from, not just a caseload to clear.

Award-Winning Reputation

Voted Best of Howard County multiple years running, with a 4.9 star rating across more than 250 Google reviews. You will be proud to tell patients where you work.

Modern, Paperless Workflow

Fully electronic records through WebPT mean less time on documentation and more time with patients. The tools support your work instead of getting in the way.
